Reverend Robert Paul - Christian Education Pastor
Reverend Paul was born and raised in Port Arthur, Texas. He graduated from Lamar University, with a B.S. in medical technology, after an interim four year U.S. Air Force tour of duty. He is married to Karessa, and their three children are Dawn, Krista and Justin.
He accepted Christ at an early age, and read announcements which helped a stuttering tongue. God has matured him with singing in church and air base choirs wherever he has been; ordained him as deacon on September 18, 1988 and deacon chairman later; guided him with a theology diploma from Southern Bible Institute, and a MACOMM degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Reverend Paul has enjoyed theatre since grade school. He has participated in Shakespeare's 'A Midsummer Night's Dream,To Kill A Mockingbird, Godspell, Last Supper,The Music Man, Come back little Sheba, Hat full of Rain, Hallelujah Anyhow, Practice What You Preach, and several others. Last year he also appeared on FOX TV's Prison Break.
His passion is for exhorting others through worship drama. Whether expanding the pastor's sermon through short sketches or other Servant House activities, illuminating God?s message while guiding the Servants of God (Isaiah 61:6) worship drama team is a thrill and joy.
